Calvary Pecos

One of the oldest bit shank designs we offer.  It is the longest swivel shank we offer. I tried to put my spin on it.  I maneuvered the weight around the mouthpiece for some reason, horses understand it better.  I've designed this shank to hang straight like a solid bit with the forgiveness of a loose shank.  We suggest it for a broke horse.

This mouthpiece has a tall port with lots of tongue relief. It has a 1/2" bar and has a long transition from the port to the bar.  A little aggressive on the top side but, has been proven a winner in the Reining and Cutting horse industry over and over again.  If you're looking for an edge to show your Reiner or Cutter, this could be it.
